Booking & Service Policy These policies are intended to ensure a smooth booking experience and set clear expectations for both you and La Garbii. A non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total service cost is required to confirm your booking and reserve your scheduled service time. To reschedule a booking, submit a request. (https://www.lagarbii.com/contact) Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service will not incur any additional charges beyond the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service will be charged the remaining balance of the booked service. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes after their scheduled start time may have their session shortened to accommodate other bookings. If the session cannot reasonably be completed, the appointment may be considered a cancellation under the policy above. Clients who fail to attend their scheduled service without prior notice forfeit all payments made toward the booking. If your service includes the delivery of digital files, all deliverables are expected to be provided within 14 days following the completion of the session, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The location of the service must be agreed upon by both La Garbii and the client before the booking deposit is charged. Any location selected during the booking process is considered mutually agreed upon unless otherwise discussed. Requests for additional edits, revisions, re-shoots, or other post-service work are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the sole discretion of La Garbii. The remaining balance of the booked service will be automatically charged to the original payment method up to 48 hours before the scheduled service. Clients are responsible for ensuring a valid payment method is available before this time. Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled at no additional charge if weather conditions are determined by La Garbii to be unsafe or unsuitable for the planned service. If La Garbii must cancel a booked service due to illness, emergency, unsafe conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances, the client may choose to either reschedule the service or receive a full refund of all payments made. While reasonable requests and creative direction are encouraged, all artistic and technical decisions—including composition, editing style, image selection, editing methods, image selection, and final delivery—remain at the discretion of La Garbii.
